What is microdosing? Typically, to microdose is to take small subperceptual doses—most commonly of LSD or psilocybin mushrooms—on a semi-regular schedule to help manage pain, trauma, depression or one’s overall sense of wellbeing.
It’s recommended to micro-dose with a clear intention, and to approach it seriously. But what if I don’t notice anything? The positive effects of microdosing can take weeks to be felt. After one week, if you feel ready, you may try increasing your dose to 2 caps on dosing days. On week three, if you feel ready, you may increase to 3 cap doses but only if you feel you can comfortably handle this large of a dose.
