Do I need to sign up to order from Island Growers?

No. We keep it simple by not having a member login or anything like that. So you do not need to be signed up or logged in. Once on the site you can place an order by adding products to your cart and providing your shipping address when checking out. 

How do I contact you?

Your inquiries and concerns are important to us, and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. You can contact us by email at [email protected]

We respond to our emails usually within a couple hours (somtimes immediately). If you do not get a response within a day, try re-sending your message via the contact us form.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed and payment received before 12 noon, your order will generally be shipped the next business day. Our business operation days are Monday – Friday (Those are the Business days for Canada Post as well). Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped the following Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship every package Xpresspost or Expedited. Depending on your location, your order should take 2 – 5 business days via Xpress and 5 – 10 business days via Expedited. If it has not arrived in this time period, please contact us, and we will do our best to locate it. If it is truly lost, we will replace it for you.

Will I have tracking information?

Yes. We will email you tracking information shortly after your item has shipped.

Can I edit or Cancel my Order?

Yes you can cancel or edit your order, as long as it has not yet shipped. Just email us with the changes you’d like to make right away… If your order is already sent there isn’t much we can do.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now, we only accept Interac email money transfers. Please place your order, and then send the total amount as an email money transfer from your online bank account. For instructions on how to do this, please visit http://www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html

Is Tax included in prices?

No. GST or HST will be added to your order.

What are the shipping fees?

For all BC residents it is $15 for Xpresspost and $10 for Expedited. Residents outside of BC it is $20 for Xpresspost and $15 for Expedited. All orders over $220 recevie free shipping.

What happens if I do not receive my package?

We will do our best to locate it. If it is lost we will replace it.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a new package with products better suited, once we receive your return.
